Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing building cleaning, grass cutting, weeding, and sanitization, as well as monitoring pest control services, with emphasis on service provision and customer service. Monitoring of pest control services **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform building cleaning, grass cutting and mowing, chemical weeding, cleaning and sanitization of water reservoirs, and monitoring of pest and urban vector control services. **RESIDENCE:** Must reside in Passo Fundo/RS or surrounding areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Class B driver's license (non-provisional); Availability for travel; Identification with service provision and customer service activities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute break. **COMPENSATION:** Salary commensurate with the position; R$ 2.166,00 to R$ 2.333,00 Hazardous work allowance (40%).
