If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and embrace a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your Mission Here** Control and organize the flow of vehicle entry, movement, and exit within the facility yard, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, operational efficiency, and physical space organization. **What We Expect From You** * Control vehicle (tractor-trailers, trucks, vans, light vehicles) entry and exit in the company yard; * Perform driver check-in and check-out, recording times and required documentation; * Direct vehicles to loading docks or waiting areas according to the loading/unloading schedule; * Monitor adherence to loading and unloading time windows; * Maintain constant communication with internal departments (shipping, verification, security, gatehouse, and transportation); * Complete spreadsheets or control systems (TMS/WMS) with yard movement records; * Ensure yard organization, safety, and signage, reporting any irregularities; * Support vehicle reassignment, congestion management, or operational emergencies as needed; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE by drivers and third parties within the yard. **What You Need** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Organizational skills; **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 35.00 per day **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction; discounted options also available) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring **Profit Sharing (PLR):** BRL 1,500.00/year (paid in two installments – September and March, prorated) **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit, effective after 3 months ‍ **Pai é Pai (Dad is Dad):** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Longevity Bonus:** starting after 2 years of employment **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
