We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** who does not merely manage numbers but is a true team builder. If you have “fire in your eyes” for prospecting, yet understand that success stems from your ability to recruit and train the right people, this is where you belong.
The Challenge
Your mission will be to scale our **sales channels**, ensuring our customer retention methodology reaches thousands of establishments. You will be responsible for structuring the sales engine by cultivating high-performance talent.
Responsibilities and Duties
* **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Full capability to prospect, screen, and hire new **sales channels** aligned with our culture;
* **Strategic Training:** Continuously train and develop sales channels, delivering product training, sales techniques, and customer retention methodologies;
* **Performance Management:** Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), sales funnel metrics, and targets for active prospecting;
* **Hybrid Leadership:** Lead the team collaboratively under a hybrid work model, ensuring engagement both remotely and in person;
* **Field Presence:** Availability for strategic travel to open new markets and support channels during key closures.
Requirements and Qualifications
* **Startup/SaaS Experience:** Proven experience in the dynamic technology environment and recurring revenue sales;
* **Team Building Expertise:** Demonstrated experience recruiting and training commercial teams;
* **Data-Driven Culture:** Ability to monitor performance and rigorously track KPIs;
* **Leadership Profile:** Skilled at teamwork, motivation, and sustaining startup culture;
* **Mobility:** Willingness to travel frequently;
* **Flexibility:** Work under a **hybrid model** (remote work with in-person presence as required).
Compensation
* **Salary Range:** BRL 7,000.00 to BRL 15,000.00 (base salary + variable compensation based on growth targets).
