Use manual, electric, or pneumatic sanders to remove imperfections, burrs, rust, and other impurities from metal parts. Follow safety instructions and wear appropriate personal protective equipment during the sanding process. Previous experience as a Surface Finisher, Sander Operator, Surface Preparer, or Metal Polisher may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
