All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and control of deployment of brand-new vehicles (0km) and demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and execution of actions related to all vehicles undergoing maintenance (e.g., supplier coordination, receipt of quotations, system entry, communication with drivers and managers regarding status updates). Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from traffic fine portals, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documentation from drivers involved in accidents or traffic incidents. Direct communication with third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and provide status updates. Direct liaison with internal departments handling customer-requested actions.
