Manage and configure testing platforms and insights tools. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a technical and strategic professional to serve as the Experimentation Enabler within a CRO squad. Your mission will be to transform A/B testing into a scalable process, ensuring optimization decisions are grounded in reliable data and tools configured to excellence. This professional will act as the guardian of "how" to apply CRO in daily operations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Testing Platform Management and Governance * Technical Setup: Perform technical configuration of tests in market tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). * Sustenance: Monitor the daily health of active tests and provide technical support to channel teams during implementation. Qualitative Insights and Data Infrastructure * Experience Tools: Configure insights tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnels, and surveys. * Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between Analytics platforms (GA4/Adobe Analytics) and experimentation tools. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Front-end for Optimization: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for optimized test setup and triggers. * Experience with VWO and Optimizely tools. * Web Analytics: Expertise in tagging, tracking, and platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
