**Logistics Assistant** =========================== Wyda | Sorocaba - SP | On-site Job Description Responsible for administrative activities in the logistics area, including inventory control, monitoring of transportation and distribution processes, as well as managing product inflows and outflows. Responsibilities and Duties * Release and print orders for picking. * Invoice orders / delivery manifests. * Send collection forecast notifications to carriers. * Schedule orders with customers and communicate scheduled dates to carriers. * Monitor order deliveries / invoices with customers and carriers. * Maintain invoice delivery dates and deadlines in the GKO system. * Conduct preliminary verification of freight charge billing. * Register freight purchase requisitions and orders. * Verify freight invoices. * Create inventory and internal movement controls. * Monitor and distribute inventory route plans to team leaders. * Monitor each inventory cycle, recording collected data to ensure accuracy of finished goods, raw material, and supply inventory information. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. * Relevant work experience. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with the Datasul system.
