Job Summary: DSV is seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure accurate movement of inventory, prevent damage to goods and equipment, and maintain an organized and safe working environment. Job Req Number: 111089 Time Type: Full Time **JOB: Forklift Operator** MODE: On-site / Sorocaba \- SP **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Remove loads from the requested area and direct pallets to the location defined by the process in the staging area. * Ensure use of the warehouse operating system for all inventory movements to maintain accuracy. * Prevent any damage or incidents involving loads, handling equipment, or pallet rack structures; report any such incidents immediately to the operations manager. * Ensure proper forklift operation, correctly complete the checklist, and identify and request necessary preventive or corrective maintenance. * Support the operations team during daily activities. * Load/unload vehicles according to instructions from the operations manager. * Keep equipment clean and in perfect working condition. * Collaborate with the inventory team to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy rates. * Maintain an organized workplace according to the 5S methodology. * Ensure, together with the safety team and operations manager, that safety regulations are applied and followed. * Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and/or forklifts. **EDUCATION:** * Completed High School. **EXPERIENCE:** * 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Valid certification for forklift operation. * Knowledge of electric forklift operation. * Basic knowledge of forklift maintenance. * Flexibility and availability regarding work hours. **OUR BENEFITS:** * 13th-month salary \+ PPR (Profit Participation Plan); * Dental Insurance \- Odontoprev; * Health Insurance \- Bradesco Saúde; * Meal Voucher \- Flash Card; * Food Allowance \- Flash Card; * Transportation Allowance; * Gympass; * Total Pass; * Birthday Day Off. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Flexible work hours. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means operating at a different level.
