**Logistics Analyst** ========================= Wyda | Sorocaba - SP | On-site Job Description Responsible for executing and controlling logistics processes related to billing, freight management, systemic audits, and operational performance analysis. Responsibilities and Duties * Process order billing, issue invoices, and manage departmental expense entries. * Record return invoices. * Analyze tax rates and taxes highlighted on incoming and return invoices. * Responsible for freight invoice entries and controls. * Develop and deliver analytical reports on operational team performance. * Manage customer service incidents, focusing on conflict resolution and guiding actions of the Customer Service department. * Monitor order flow together with the Sales Administration team. * Conduct systemic audits on carrier performance and on freight charges and costs. * Develop operational monitoring controls for the department. * Enter freight requisitions and general entries into the DATASUL and GKO systems. * Report order and waybill statuses to logistics operations to support decision-making. * Hold performance meetings with carriers and propose necessary action plans. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in the field (Transportation | Invoice Billing | Reverse Logistics). * Proficiency in Excel. Desired Qualifications * Familiarity with DATASUL and GKO systems.
