Every day, we have the opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Shift work: 6 days on, 2 days off; * Technical support for requests from production and mechanical maintenance teams; * Ensuring proper operation of the plant \ processes in an agile and safe manner; * Performing corrective maintenance tasks during rotating shifts; * Carrying out activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures; * Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on instruments, MCCs, motors, and switchgear—studying characteristics, preparing plans and work methods, and identifying required resources to ensure correct operation of plant installations, devices, and equipment; * Inspecting electrical and instrumentation equipment; * Supporting installation of new equipment, reviewing drawings, developing specific maintenance plans, guiding and executing tasks to ensure proper system functionality; * Conducting root cause failure analysis and proposing solutions to problems; * Suggesting and developing equipment improvement projects; * Maintaining and programming PLCs, communication networks, and supervisory systems; * Ensuring personal, team, third-party, and equipment safety by verifying general conditions; * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace, tools, equipment, and PPE per VCPS 5S standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Desirable Knowledge:** * SAP/PM system knowledge; * Knowledge of failure analysis tools; * High and medium voltage systems; * Circuit breakers and protective relays; * Batch scales; * Instrumentation; * PLCs and remote I/O systems; * Inverters; * Thermography; * Cement manufacturing knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
