We are expanding into the interior of São Paulo state and are seeking a **Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, data management, strategies, and results. **Responsibilities** * Manage the sales team; * Track leads and sales activities in the company's CRM; * Manage sales spreadsheets and salesperson commissions; * Control installation schedules and technical team commission sheets; * Evaluate individual and collective performance of the sales team; * Conduct daily and weekly meetings; * Present data and results; **Requirements** * Previous experience managing sales teams; * Administrative organization and discipline; * Proficiency in using spreadsheets and management systems; * Strong communication skills and leadership qualities; * Ability to analyze results and make data-driven decisions; * Class B driver's license (CNH); * Availability for travel; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in construction, architecture, or finishing sectors; * Familiarity with CRM routines and basic financial control; * Proactive profile with initiative to establish processes in new units. **Compensation and Benefits** * CLT base salary: R$7,000.00 * Transportation allowance: R$200.00 * Meal allowance: R$440.00 * Commission on monthly installations * Bonus for achieving targets * Full training provided by headquarters (Sorocaba) Type of position: Permanent CLT Pay: R$7,000.00 \- R$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company cell phone * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Manager (Required) * Leadership (Required) Expected start date: 12/01/2025
