




**Responsibilities:** * Prospect, acquire, and retain clients by identifying opportunities and developing long-term relationships; * Apply effective negotiation strategies with an analytical view of the market; * Manage and expand the client portfolio, including reactivation actions; * Understand and master the technical specifications of platforms, recommending the most suitable solutions for each client profile; * Participate in events and commercial activities focused on our segment, strengthening brand presence; * Collaborate with the external sales team, monitoring the progress of opportunities and negotiations; * Report results to supervision, contributing to achieving and exceeding monthly targets. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proven experience in external sales; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to interact with different profiles and hierarchical levels with ethics, respect, and courtesy; * Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict management; * Proactive, organized, agile, and results-oriented profile; * Comfortable working with goals and sales processes. * Experience with customer relationship management software.
