At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow confidently—with security to evolve and space to build a purpose-driven future. **WAREHOUSE CLERK I** **Affirmative Action Position for People with Disabilities** Where You’ll Work: Salto/SP Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL SERVIÇOS **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education * Valid driver’s license (categories B/D or E) * Experience in loading/unloading, material inspection, and warehousing. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Receive materials and equipment, verifying invoices, quantities, and physical conditions to ensure compliance with purchase orders and guarantee traceability of received items. * Store materials and equipment in appropriate locations, following organizational, safety, and accessibility criteria to preserve item integrity and facilitate retrieval. * Pick and inspect materials to fulfill internal requisitions, using control systems and picking lists to ensure accuracy and responsiveness in meeting operational demands. * Perform cyclic counts for rotating inventory, using spreadsheets or computerized systems to ensure accuracy of physical and accounting stock balances. Sort materials received at operational bases, identifying and classifying items according to their destination, and relay information to the logistics team for updating the construction site inventory—except at the Distribution Center. * Handle and store materials withdrawn from inventory in pre-determined areas, adhering to operational procedures to ensure organization and traceability of items. * Identify materials using labels, signage, or other visual aids, ensuring standardization and control of stored items—with emphasis on inventory reliability. * Properly sort and store materials returned from distribution projects, assessing their condition and appropriate disposition to enable reuse or disposal per internal guidelines. * Fabricate stakes, cradles, chocks, and accessories from scrap materials using power tools such as reciprocating saws and drills to meet operational needs efficiently and economically. * Assist in loading and unloading materials, operating equipment such as truck-mounted cranes to ensure safe and efficient movement of items used on construction sites. * Drive and maneuver operational vehicles within yards or pole display areas, complying with safety regulations and internal procedures to support base internal logistics. * Manually construct concrete foundations using BAG (a mixture of gravel, sand, and cement) per technical instructions to enable preparation of support structures. * Perform yard maintenance and upkeep activities—including weeding, gravel spreading, waste removal, and parking space organization—to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), as well as work tools, ensuring personal and team safety and equipment integrity. * Carry out tasks in accordance with current standards and procedures; when required, apply full Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) for non-routine tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Talk to Me” Program (free, confidential telephone-based assistance for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn a Bit About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history—since 1912—of contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s power sector.
