Description: Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, electro-electronic, and automation maintenance teams, ensuring technical and operational support. Responsibilities and Duties * Define daily priorities and ensure execution according to technical standards, internal procedures, and best maintenance practices. * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to avoid unplanned shutdowns and maintain alignment with operations. * Ensure equipment, production lines, and utilities availability, reliability, and performance. * Assess asset criticality and propose appropriate maintenance strategies aligned with business impact. * Analyze failures and deviations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), develop action plans, and implement technical improvements. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including automation logic adjustments, calibrations, interlock reviews, and control system optimizations. * Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, work permits, and applicable legislation (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, etc.). * Control and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, cost, adherence to preventive maintenance). * Manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses and evaluating capital investment (CAPEX) needs. * Manage suppliers and contracts, oversee external service execution, and ensure technical and documentation compliance. * Supervise spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels, item coding, traceability, and healthy turnover. * Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date: work orders, maintenance histories, reports, manuals, procedures, and standards. * Ensure proper and disciplined use of the maintenance management system (CMMS/ERP). * Collaborate closely with operations to align priorities, maintenance windows, and strategies aimed at maximizing production line availability. * Support automation, modernization, and engineering projects, including sensor, PLC, panel, control loop upgrades, and commissioning activities. * Monitor installation and acceptance of new equipment, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and internal standards. * Train, guide, and develop the team, promoting best practices, safety, technical literacy, and a preventive culture. * Lead operational maintenance meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Mechanical Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electro-electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial maintenance. * Experience in leadership/supervisory roles, such as foreman or technical leader. * NR-10 / NR-12. * LOTO (Lockout/Tagout). 2512190202551926831
