This person will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulations, identifying vulnerabilities in logistics processes, and proposing continuous improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- Supervise the monitoring and loss prevention team; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and approach procedures; Analyze vulnerabilities in logistics processes and propose solutions; Safeguard employees' physical integrity and the company's asset security; Monitor and guide the team in store maintenance activities; Verify compliance with administrative and operational regulations; Produce reports and monitor departmental KPIs; Ensure execution of inventory processes across departments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- Experience in loss prevention or security is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Leadership skills and strong communication abilities; Attention to detail, discipline, and accountability; Manual dexterity; Attendance reliability, punctuality, and teamwork spirit; Organizational skills and methodical work approach; Willingness to learn and develop the team; Completed High School education; Empathy and enthusiasm for working with people.
