




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Predictive Technician to monitor operational routines, equipment performance, and key indicators, acting as a facilitator in maintenance activities and serving as the technical reference during the shift. Technical reference for production demands during the shift We are seeking a Junior Predictive Technician to work at an Aluminum Industry. Responsibilities: * Monitor the execution and quality of operational routines, and request operational interventions when activities fall outside routine scope, ensuring that operational area prioritizes sustainability and stability of its indicators and strategies. * Monitor performance of critical equipment—especially equipment tied to routines—and provide appropriate resources to the maintenance team while prioritizing tasks during the shift. * Monitor operational indicators for the area and implement necessary actions to maintain or restore indicators to expected levels. * Act as a facilitator in equipment lockout processes for maintenance (approver of lockout) and be responsible for executing preventive maintenance shutdown planning, ensuring adherence to scheduled timing and equipment release for maintenance, as well as verifying and guaranteeing proper return-to-operation after equipment release by the maintenance team. * Directly perform operational maneuvers within the assigned area, including tank and peripheral equipment maneuvering and availability management. * Execute and promote production and maintenance activities defined by the ADM Production Technical Team, ensuring defined objectives are achieved sustainably. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the Process Technical Team during the shift for evaluating production/process interfaces. * Conduct failure analysis jointly with other technicians for incidents involving production losses related to operational practices. * Serve as the technical reference for production demands during the shift, focusing on compliance with operational routines and equipment performance. * Maintain clear communication and alignment with the shift supervisor regarding operational incidents/deviations, and document best practices and actions enhancing Digestion sustainability and stability. Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Completed Technical Education (mechanical, electrical, production, or related fields); * Experience in refinery operations, including operational routines and/or SDCD; * Practical knowledge of key safety tools and programs applied at the operational level (FF\`s, DR, PPT, APR, check\-list´s).
