You will be responsible for procuring PSE materials and monitoring requested delivery timelines. You will verify and control invoices, ensuring deliveries comply with commercial criteria and fully conform to our quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will adapt processes to meet operational demands of internal customers, promoting efficient service delivery and alignment with shared objectives. Your daily routine will include regular communication with suppliers, meetings with internal customers and supporting departments, as well as using and recording data in SAP systems, portals, and internal controls. Your role plays a critical part in our business success. In this position, you will report to the Operational Procurement Manager. This position is primarily based in Sorocaba\-SP and involves up to 15% travel. Team you will join You will join a dedicated Operational Procurement Brazil team focused on optimizing supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement, and executing procurement of materials—particularly spare parts and PSE—either for inventory or customer orders, aiming to meet stipulated deadlines, prioritize anticipation needs, and achieve optimal supplier performance through daily relationship management. We collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Planning, Engineering, Warehousing, and Finance. What you will do Execute procurement of services and materials related to renovations—including repairs, machining services, and MROs—ensuring compliance with requester requirements. Negotiate with medium- and low-complexity suppliers to secure optimal delivery terms. Monitor the procurement process and interact daily with suppliers to ensure deliveries align with plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, ensuring their daily needs are met promptly and accurately. Participate in meetings and working groups to discuss procurement process improvements and identify optimization opportunities. Comply with HSE and Quality policies, procedures, and practices. Perform other duties related to the position as directed by your immediate supervisor. Who you are Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in indirect material and service procurement; Knowledge of mechanical drawing, manufacturing and production processes; Intermediate English proficiency; ERP SAP knowledge (MM module); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); Resident of Sorocaba or Votorantim.
