We seek a candidate with strong strategic vision, an analytical mindset, and outstanding negotiation skills who can build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, driving efficiency, governance, and sustainable value creation for the business. This position requires a principled professional committed to results, customer-centric, willing to challenge the status quo, and able to win together with the team—reflecting Clarios’ values in all interactions. **What You’ll Do:** ------------------------- * Strategically manage the MRO (Maintenance) category, ensuring competitiveness, quality, supply continuity, and cost optimization; * Lead end-to-end Strategic Sourcing processes, including RFQ, RFP, RFI, commercial and contractual negotiations; * Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and define short-, medium-, and long-term procurement strategies; * Develop, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers to drive innovation, mitigate risks, and strengthen the supply chain; * Lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers to reduce structural costs, improve productivity, and generate sustainable value; * Ensure proper issuance, management, and tracking of purchase orders, contracts, and compliance with internal policies and established SLAs; * Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and EHS teams; * Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service; * Contribute to strengthening governance, process efficiency, and procurement maturity; * Support, as needed, other Indirect Procurement categories such as CAPEX, Facilities, technical services, and packaging. **What We Expect From You:** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience managing the MRO (Maintenance) category; * Experience in Indirect Procurement; * Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing tools (RFQ, RFP, proposal comparison analysis, TCO); * Knowledge of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes; * Advanced Excel skills for cost analysis and decision-making; * Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, Oracle, or similar; * Knowledge of supplier management, KPIs, and continuous improvement; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Analytical, strategic, resilient profile with strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with categories such as CAPEX, Facilities, packaging, and technical services; * Experience in industrial, automotive, chemical, or metallurgical environments; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Familiarity with automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement. **Work Location:** ---------------------- * Sorocaba/SP (hybrid model) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ * 8:00 AM – 5:16 PM **What We Offer:** ------------------------- * Health insurance (Unimed or Sul América); * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Annual bonus program; * Private pension plan; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Dental plan; * On-site meal allowance; * Food basket; * Social club; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Credit cooperative (COGEM).
