We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinates project deliveries established in planning or during mobilization for a new business, through team planning and control; * Supports tasks related to feasibility studies, new business development, and new technology implementation by performing pricing of solutions and services and structuring proposed gains; * Organizes and develops governance processes and rituals for the area (in compliance with company guidelines) and defines methodologies to ensure physical and financial investment execution; * Leads the development and physical implementation of the Contractual Risk Management process, developing contractual mitigation actions for GAPs and serving as the focal point for organizing integrated forums with the company’s functional areas. \#LI\-CM1 **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control, or Telecommunications. Experience with electrical network projects (low and medium voltage), infrastructure, and power supply connections. Knowledge of ABNT standards and ANEEL regulations.
