Professional responsible for ensuring the company's asset integrity, preventing losses and guaranteeing internal store security. Implements, monitors and disseminates company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of prevention among teams. **Responsibilities and duties** * Prior to store opening, verify employee absences, organize the work team by assigning employees to their respective workstations, and conduct daily meetings to communicate departmental and company information and guidelines. * Prepare work schedules, assign employees according to work priorities, and communicate the schedule to staff. * Monitor team time records, observing absences, delays and leave justification needs. * Monitor performance and measure individual productivity of each employee, instruct on company procedures and guide performance improvement.
