Preparation of technical and commercial proposals Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields Conduct active and responsive sales of rubber products, serving an existing customer portfolio while being responsible for prospecting new companies, expanding the product mix sold to existing customers, and achieving individual and overall sales targets. Key responsibilities include: prospecting, developing, and identifying new business opportunities. Follow up on commercial proposals and quotations. Manage the customer portfolio by prospecting new business, identifying customer needs, and proposing solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Customer service and negotiation (on-site and via telephone). Use and maintain the CRM system with lead data, negotiation details, and customer registration information. Build and foster long-term customer relationships through partnership and deep understanding of their needs. Understand the product portfolio, including features and applications.
