Organization and maintenance of medical files and documents **Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education. Locate appointments and confirm consultations; Issue referral forms in the system for examinations at service providers lacking an authorization module; Guide beneficiaries regarding questions and clarifications about providers, appointments, etc.; Complete necessary forms for medical consultations and sort related forms accordingly; Register beneficiary biometrics in the system to verify eligibility for future consultations; Enter data into the TISS document \- Health Information Exchange in Supplementary Health; Request authorizations via telephone and/or other operators' service portals when required; Open records for other health plans in the system for subsequent billing; Forward examination/procedure requests requiring medical audit; Assemble medical folders by sorting necessary forms for medical consultations; Close daily statistics for consultations and examinations and enter into the system the quantities of examinations and medical certificates requested/issued by physicians; Maintain files (retrieve, organize, and archive medical records); Track returned medical records after consultations; Reschedule appointments by contacting patients in cases of physician absences; Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors. 2512100202181856729
