* **Industrial Area** — Laboratory Operations Management. The operational focus is on developing new products and services for the company's businesses, performing laboratory-scale testing, chemical, physical, biological, and mechanical assays, as well as projects targeting sustainability and material innovation.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
* **Work Format:** 100% on-site.
* **Location:** Research Center — Capivari/SP.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform chemical, physical, or mechanical assays on raw materials and materials according to researchers' requirements;
* Conduct laboratory-scale research testing;
* Complete forms, reports, and laboratory records;
* Ensure quality by following procedures and work instructions;
* Monitor inventory levels and request procurement of supplies when necessary;
* Supervise third-party maintenance and equipment calibration;
* Support organizational implementations for laboratory management;
* Develop procedures, work instructions, and reports;
* Assist in developing and validating analytical methods;
* Interpret analytical results using technical knowledge;
* Support training of new employees on analytical equipment.
**Requirements**
* Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council) registration or nearing completion;
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Processes, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in Quality Control, Research & Development, or other laboratory environments;
* Knowledge of analytical laboratories;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Intermediate English (reading standards and manuals)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience with thermal and thermomechanical testing: DSC, STA, DMA, Rheology
