What you’ll do here: * 🎨 **Creation of on/offline graphic assets**: institutional campaigns, social media, presentations, email marketing, events, and internal materials; * 💻 **Development of interfaces and layouts (web and mobile)** based on best practices in **UX/UI**; * 🤝 **Participation in collaborative projects** with audiovisual, commercial, content, product, and technology teams; * 📚 **Organization and maintenance** of visual libraries and design systems; * 🧪 **Support in the development of new products**, from packaging to promotional materials and reports; * 🌐 **Consistent application of the brand’s visual identity** across all touchpoints. ✅ Mandatory requirements: * 🎓 Degree in **Graphic Design, Advertising**, or related fields; * 🖥️ Proficiency in the **Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)**; * 📊 Knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (intermediate Word/PowerPoint + basic Excel); * 🛠️ Practical experience with **Figma and/or Adobe XD** for design and prototyping; * 📁 An **up-to-date portfolio** featuring graphic and digital projects; * + Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously; * 🔍 Attention to detail, creativity, and organization; * 💬 Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Availability for hybrid work — Jardim Paulista — SP * Bonus qualifications that earn extra points: * 🏥 Prior experience with brands or projects in the **healthcare sector**; * 📱 Basic understanding of **UX/UI** and responsive design; * 📦 Experience in **product development** (packaging, mockups, promotional materials); * 🎞️ Familiarity with **motion design** (After Effects or similar); * 💡 Digital curiosity and interest in **innovation and emerging AIs**.
