Production Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Professional to operate production equipment, perform loading/unloading, visual inspection, partial assembly, and material organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of equipment and hand tools. 2. Conducting visual inspections and assembly of components. 3. Organization and cleaning of the work environment. Load and unload cylinders and/or other materials used in production. Perform visual inspections on parts to verify compliance. Feed machines, conveyors, and furnaces according to production line demand. Supply the automatic welding machine with required consumables. Assist in loading furnaces with parts and components. Operate hand tools such as sanders, per instructions. Perform partial assembly of cylinders, including valve and plug installation. Remove finished parts from machines and organize them on pallets or appropriate containers. Tack-weld parts as directed by the technical team. Assist in operating manual or automatic equipment, such as blasting machines. Supply the automatic blasting machine with appropriate materials. Assist in the cylinder painting process. Store cylinders in designated locations and collaborate in sector organization. Clean machines and the workstation, following the 5S program principles. Support operation of manual and automatic presses used in the production process.
