The product packer (or packer) role involves preparing, protecting, and organizing goods for transportation, storage, or final sale, ensuring their integrity. This professional works both on production lines in factories and distribution centers, as well as in customer service at supermarkets. Randstad Brasil**Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Packaging and Handling:** Wrapping, bagging, or boxing products, selecting appropriate materials (plastic, cardboard, bubble wrap) based on product type, size, and fragility. * **Verification and Inspection:** Checking codes, labels, quantities, weights, and physical integrity of products before packaging. * **Labeling:** Applying labels containing tracking information, prices, or destination addresses. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintaining an organized and clean workplace (checkout area or workstation). * **Sorting:** Preparing products for shipment or for customers, following company-established standards.
