Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **Technical After-Sales Analyst** ================================== Country/Region: BR Location: Itu, São Paulo, BR, 13314\-012 Req ID 82512 \| Itu, Brazil, ZF Automotive Brasil Ltda. **Job Description** ------------------- **About the team:** Our After-Sales technical specialist team is responsible for working across all links of the automotive market distribution chain (distributors, workshops, retailers, and especially heavy-duty vehicle fleets). We provide all necessary technical support to ensure optimal operation of our product lines through technical training, lectures, and on-site and remote assistance. **What you’ll experience as an After-Sales Analyst:** * Technical assistance and support to customers via on-site visits and remote support. * Delivery of technical lectures/training on our products for applicators, drivers, sales staff, and students, targeting fleets, distributors, retailers, workshops, end customers, and educational institutions. * Technical consulting for fleets, jointly with internal and external commercial partners, focusing on information management and product performance monitoring. * Collection/analysis of information and development of supporting technical materials and reports. * Technical support for customer warranty processes. **Your profile as a Senior After-Sales Analyst:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English; Spanish is a plus. * Experience in technical assistance or after-sales services for commercial vehicle fleets. * Experience developing and delivering technical lectures and training related to the automotive technical field. * Willingness to work onsite in Paraná state and inland São Paulo. **What we offer:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; Transportation; Daycare Allowance; Food Voucher; On-site Meal; Private Pension; Annual Bonus; SESI Club; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Gympass (Wellhub); Credit Cooperative; Educational Partnerships.
