Opportunity to grow, develop, and soar in your career **About the Area:** * Provide technical-operational solutions for Embraer aircraft to improve fleet performance and availability. Deliver excellent customer service to increase customer satisfaction, foster loyalty to our brand, and deliver a unique customer support experience—elevating our brand to a new level. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Record and monitor flight hours and cycles for aircraft and/or components in logbooks and applicable control systems. * Receive technical documents resulting from services performed by the Service Center. * Verify technical documents for correct completion and inclusion of mandatory supporting documents (forms, labels, reports, certificates, task cards, etc.). * Coordinate corrections to technical documents with the Inspection and Materials Provisioning departments at the Service Center. * Organize and prepare electronic documentation for printing and delivery. * Collect and verify Technical Publications and mandatory documents (documentation folder) maintained onboard customer aircraft. * Prepare lists of documentation received and delivered to the customer. * Issue and forward required documentation to relevant departments for aircraft maintenance tasks (FICs, task cards, service bulletins, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Meet This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Completed Technical School or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (a Technical School completion certificate is mandatory); * Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Experience and/or knowledge in Aircraft Technical Maintenance Control activities; * Knowledge of aviation regulations; * Familiarity with the QUANTUM system and/or other maintenance management and/or paperless document management software; * Availability to work on-call and perform overtime. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of project management tools; * Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals; * Knowledge of maintenance/production planning, scheduling, and control; * Knowledge of Lean processes; * Knowledge of aircraft maintenance plans. **Additional Information** On-site work model in Sorocaba / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
