The professional will be responsible for people management, operational target control, and supporting leadership in decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities during the shift, ensuring correct process execution. * Monitor and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Ensure achievement of performance, quality, and safety targets. * Support employee training and development. * Prepare reports and relay information to the next shift’s leadership. * Act promptly to resolve unexpected incidents or conflicts during operations. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education or currently pursuing/completed Higher Education * Prior experience in team leadership * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure * Basic computer skills (Excel, e-mail, internal operating systems) If you are a dynamic individual focused on results and enjoy leading teams, join our team!
