A large-scale cosmetics manufacturing company located in Sorocaba/SP, near the Technology Park, is seeking a professional with proven experience. Responsibilities: * Carry out cosmetic formulation preparation according to production orders. * Weigh raw materials and perform mixing, heating, cooling, and homogenization processes. * Operate formulation equipment such as mixers, tanks, reactors, and homogenizers. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the entire process. * Record batches, production stages, and related data on forms and internal systems. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the department and equipment. * Support inventory control of raw materials used in the formulation department. * Collaborate closely with the Quality and Production departments. Requirements: * Education aligned with the position. * Knowledge of GMP. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics industry or related sectors (cleaning products, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc.). * Organized and proactive profile.
