Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and manage sector medical records; * Control and requisition sector materials; * Collect family members' signatures for medical records in the sector's administrative area; * Organize and replenish clinic stationery, ensuring unit organization; * Forward service requests to support departments; * Enter data into sector spreadsheets using computerized systems to monitor unit information; * Deliver medical records to the billing department, among other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the healthcare field is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** Work Location: CHS Sorocaba Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5-day week\) Benefits: * Meal Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Transportation Allowance * Daycare Assistance * Group Life Insurance Partnerships: * Education/University Incentives * Pharmacies * SESC and Gympass Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo is a philanthropic, non-profit entity founded in March 1964 by a group of construction industry entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, and market-recognized specialists.
