




Job Summary: A Quality Analyst responsible for ensuring compliance in civil, structural, and urban furniture construction projects, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Deliver training on quality and safety standards We are seeking a Quality Analyst who will ensure compliance of processes, materials, and services executed in civil, structural, and urban furniture construction projects with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements — thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement at construction sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the Quality Management System directly on construction projects. * Conduct field inspections to verify service execution, received materials, and adherence to technical procedures. * Prepare non-conformance reports and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Monitor quality and productivity indicators for construction projects. * Support engineers, site supervisors, and teams in applying technical standards and quality procedures. * Participate in internal and external audits related to construction quality. * Ensure traceability of materials and services per contractual and regulatory requirements. * Deliver practical training and guidance to field teams on quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Occupational Safety departments to ensure overall project compliance. **Academic Qualifications / Experience (Field):** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Quality Management or related areas is desirable. **Required Knowledge** * Technical standards applicable to civil construction (ABNT, PBQP\-H, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, among others). * Quality tools (MASP, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Kaizen). * Field non-conformance control. * Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and construction management software (Sienge, Project, or similar). * Reading and interpretation of execution drawings. **Technical Skills** * Auditing and inspection on construction sites. * Preparation of technical reports. * Root cause analysis and problem solving. * Management of quality indicators on construction projects. * Guidance of operational field teams. **Desirable Specific Courses** * Internal Auditor ISO 9001 / PBQP\-H. * Reading and Interpretation of Civil Construction Drawings. * Quality Tools Applied to Construction. * MASP – Methodology for Analysis and Problem Solving. * Construction Project Management and Technological Control of Materials. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance \- Unimed * Incentive Program \- basic food basket, hygiene and cleaning supplies. * Dental assistance \- Porto Seguro * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria * Breakfast * Birthday voucher \- Sodie Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$4\.480,74 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Education: * Bachelor's degree completed (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
