Job Details:          • 100% on-site work in Tietê Working Hours:     • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.     • Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.     • Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** 1\. **Production and Logistics Supervisor** · Apply quality standards during task execution; · Plan and implement improvements in the production process; · Conduct and monitor Customer Service Department (SAC) investigations; · Plan equipment maintenance; · Supervise Production, Logistics, and Procurement departments, ensuring efficient execution of the production schedule, control over output volume, and timely delivery of products to the Sales department; · Analyze sales forecasts, addressing both projected demand and ad-hoc orders; · Plan and develop the production plan, generating procurement and production requirements in the system; · Draft, review, and approve work instructions and procedures; · Be responsible for audits of all production processes; · Develop and monitor performance indicators related to continuous improvement; · Manage Production and Logistics teams; · Complete non-conformance control reports; · Manage the department’s budget.
