Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Responsible for integrated materials planning aligned with production plans, demand forecasts, and operational capacity—ensuring supply to production lines with a focus on efficiency, inventory optimization, and high service levels. Work analytically and collaboratively to drive continuous process improvement and support partner functions. Your impact * Execute MRP processes, ensuring appropriate materials planning. * Ensure balance among production capacity, material availability, and demand. * Conduct critical analyses of coverage, lead time, stockouts, and excesses, proposing corrective actions. * Maintain master data accuracy and system integration (SAP, IBP, etc.). * Participate in the S&OP cycle, presenting information on materials plans, risks, and opportunities. * Serve as the liaison point between supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. • Support automation, digitalization, and process simplification initiatives• Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in materials planning (MRP), supply planning, or related areas. * Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), especially MM/PP modules. * Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and results orientation. * Familiarity with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder). * Advanced Excel + data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
