Job Opening: Fleet Manager We are seeking a proactive, organized Fleet Manager with experience in the machinery and construction sector. Requirements: - Experience managing heavy machinery; - Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management; - Experience in construction projects (civil construction, earthmoving, paving); - Knowledge of operational fleet logistics; - Experience handling emergency procurement and spare parts control; - Team and supplier management experience; - Degree in Logistics (preferred); - Familiarity with maintenance management systems (a plus); - Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet; - Conduct emergency procurement and request spare parts/services; - Manage logistics and machine relocation between job sites; - Coordinate between administrative and operational departments; - Monitor KPIs and propose improvements; - Prepare management and cost reports.
