Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** * A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities, ensuring maximum efficiency of available resources. * Manages work orders, ensuring maintenance occurs within deadlines and with minimal operational disruption. * Seeks to optimize maintenance costs while increasing equipment reliability and availability. * Applies preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies to minimize failures and maximize asset availability. * Uses maintenance management tools and systems (SAP PM) for activity monitoring and control. * Works strategically to ensure operational continuity and continuous improvement of industrial processes. **Your Impact** * Develops and tracks preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring efficient execution. * Schedules work orders, ensuring resources, materials, and labor are available when needed. * Manages spare parts and supplies inventory, avoiding waste and preventing downtime due to material shortages. * Monitors and analyzes maintenance performance indicators such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), identifying improvement opportunities. * Ensures compliance with safety standards and technical regulations in maintenance activities. * Prepares technical reports and action plans to reduce recurring failures and optimize processes. * Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams to define the best strategy for preserving industrial assets. * Conducts equipment criticality analysis to prioritize maintenance activities. * Implements and monitors maintenance methodologies. * Participates in internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence of maintenance activities. * Supports technical training of the maintenance team, promoting workshops and dissemination of best practices. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For?** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering—or related fields. * Prior experience in maintenance planning and control, preferably in industrial and food manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP PM and MM). * Proficiency in maintenance methodologies such as RCM and failure analysis tools (FMEA, RCA). * Advanced proficiency in software such as Excel (pivot tables, VBA), Power BI, and other data analytics tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to interpret data and propose improvements. * Ability to work collaboratively and interact across departments (production, engineering, procurement, etc.). * Knowledge of safety standards and regulations such as NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35, depending on the area of operation. * Strategic and proactive profile, focused on problem solving and continuous improvement. **Who We’re Looking For?** If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
