Data maintenance and payroll assistance * **JOB MISSION** Support the administration of HR subsystems at the Shopping Center, including Personnel Department, Recruitment & Selection, and Benefits Administration. Additionally, provide employee service to clarify inquiries, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures established by Corporate Management. **Education** ------------ Currently pursuing a university degree**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Maintain employee registration data in the computerized system (SAP), ensuring the database is always up-to-date. Process supplier payments upon receipt of invoices. Assist with timekeeping closure and ensure all timecards are signed on the correct date. Support the analyst in personnel administration processes, including hiring, payroll closing, terminations, and vacations. Provide in-person and online employee service for support and inquiry resolution. Support benefits administration. Monitor CIPA activities and support SIPAT. Assist the analyst in recruitment and selection processes. Monitor PEXI implementation. **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Currently pursuing a university degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in Personnel Department processes is required.
