SUPERMIX CONCRETO S.A. is hiring a CONCRETE PLANT OPERATOR (PCD) to work in the Greater Sorocaba region (Sorocaba, Porto Feliz, Mairinque, and Votorantim) – SP. Responsibilities: * Inspect the concrete plant’s operational conditions, weighing Concrete Component Materials (CCM)—cement, sand, gravel, supplementary materials, and admixtures—using designated systems, and manage concrete delivery per client and construction site; * Operate the concrete plant’s control panel to maintain uniform aggregate flow, preventing equipment overloads and mix design errors; * Carry out assigned tasks according to the established schedule and timeline to ensure timely release of concrete pouring fronts; * Complete standardized forms with various equipment-related information—including number of batches, incidents, and other relevant data—for monitoring and control, as required; * Conduct sand moisture testing to prevent concrete dosage issues. Requirements: * Completed high school education and/or technical training; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in this role; * Position exclusively for persons with disabilities.
