You will be responsible for planning and ensuring execution across Finishing and Machining areas. You will play a critical role in our business success. In this position, you will report to the Planning Manager. This position is primarily located in Sorocaba. Team you will join You will join a dedicated Production Planning and Control team responsible for planning production at the Sorocaba Foundry. We work closely with internal/external stakeholders such as Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers. What you will do Schedule production orders for Finishing and Machining areas, using relevant software and the manufacturing process routing for each order, aiming to meet deadlines and departmental targets; **Plan dissemination in daily meetings:** Monitor Finishing and Machining manufacturing deadlines through daily tracking of the production process, conducting weekly production meetings, schedules, and informative reports supporting deadline control, with the objective of meeting established targets; Monitor and control area backlogs; **Follow-up:** Verify and track availability or expected receipt dates of raw materials, maintaining contact with planning personnel to define manufacturing timelines for operations and ensure continuity of the production process; Issue production and loading schedules, based on information defined in meetings, to meet requirements; Issue casting component manufacturing requests via computerized system, to fulfill requirements generated by MRP; Coordinate with Warehousing and Procurement teams regarding receipt of third-party or other production unit items required for production, verifying stipulated delivery timelines to prevent shortages of materials needed for production. Who you are Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Proficiency in SAP; Proficiency in Power BI; Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Processes, Projects, or related fields; Experience in Production Planning and Control; Experience in supplier monitoring; Intermediate English; Residency in Sorocaba or Votorantim.
