You will be responsible for operating machines such as presses, injection molding machines, and polyurethane machines; performing manual part manufacturing tasks; cold and hot vulcanization of parts; and following all relevant process standards and instructions. You will play a critical role in the success of our business. In this position, you will report to the Production Supervisor. This position is primarily located in Sorocaba and does not involve travel. Team you will join You will join a dedicated team of operators focused on producing wear parts to meet demand from our internal customer (DC). We are currently working on Mill lining projects. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including factory planning and the Aggregates Factory. What you will do Operate machines in accordance with established instructions and procedures; Perform dimensional batch release (setup), complete daily production worksheets, and record orders for OEE (software) tracking; Transport materials, products, and components from one machine or area to other production processes using appropriate equipment to meet production requirements, rubber bonding, and part deburring; Carry out activities safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner, while maintaining your workplace, thereby contributing to the proper use, preservation, and cleaning of equipment and facilities within your area of responsibility; Familiarize yourself with ISO 9001 procedures, instructions, and standards, and apply them daily to ensure company and service quality; Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role, as directed and requested by your immediate supervisor; Comply fully with all HSE and Quality policies, procedures, and practices; Who you are Experience with presses, injection molding machines, and/or polyurethane machines; Completed high school education; Knowledge of metrology; Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; Training and experience operating overhead cranes; Training and experience operating forklifts will be considered a plus; Flexibility regarding working hours; Residence in Sorocaba or Votorantim/SP.
