You will be responsible for performing critical data analyses, supporting the planning team, contributing to improving supply chain performance, and assisting in strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in our business success. In this position, you will report to Matías Anderson, CP Manager SAM. This position is located in Sorocaba/SP and involves occasional travel. The team you will join You will join the SAM Collaborative Planning team, where members work collaboratively to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. What you will do **Improve operational efficiency:** Optimize logistics processes to reduce waste and increase productivity. **Data-driven decisions:** Use critical data analysis to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that enhance supply chain performance. **Enhance service levels:** Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to increase customer satisfaction. **Supply chain management:** Manage component requirements to be procured by Procurement and Production, issuing purchase requisitions to analyze inventory levels versus customer demand. **Support strategic initiatives:** Assist in planning and executing strategic projects within the Logistics team. **Management reporting:** Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and logistics metrics to support management. **Process improvement:** Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize logistics operations. **Inventory management:** Analyze inventory levels and turnover rates to recommend adjustments and ensure appropriate stock levels, aiming to prevent material accumulation and profit loss for the company; **Project support:** Provide analytical support for logistics projects and various initiatives. **Compliance with standards and procedures:** Understand and apply ISO 9001 procedures and HSE and Quality practices daily, ensuring service compliance and quality. **Execution of related activities:** Perform additional job-related tasks as instructed by your immediate supervisor. Who you are Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering or Administration; Experience in Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain (Logistics) functions and internal/external customer service; Intermediate English proficiency; Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus; SAP knowledge is desirable; Residence in Sorocaba or Votorantim; Willingness to travel.
