We are looking for a **BDR – Active Prospecting**, with experience in active prospecting, to work directly on **generating qualified opportunities** for the sales team via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram. **This is not an inbound or customer service position.** The focus is **active prospecting**, involving high-volume outreach, commercial discipline, and a professional attitude. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy challenges, clear goals, and direct contact with decision-makers. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **BDR**, your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting **daily active prospecting calls;** * Approaching decision-makers in an objective, clear, and professional manner; * Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria; * Accurately recording all interactions in the **CRM**; * Maintaining organization, discipline, and consistency in your commercial routine.
