**Job Description:**
* Organize and archive documents; maintain efficient control and access to documents;
* Answer phone calls and e\-mails, directing them to responsible parties or providing necessary information;
* Monitor product inflow and outflow from inventory;
* Conduct periodic inventory counts and verify inventory data accuracy.
**Requirements:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems;
* Knowledge of inventory processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;

* Completed High School

**Working Hours:**
