Job Summary:
Support administrative and operational routines of Occupational Safety, focusing on management, control, and updating of documents and employee mobilization.

Support administrative and operational routines of Occupational Safety, with emphasis on third-party management, document control and updating on platforms, employee mobilization, PPE control, training, ASOs (Admission, Periodic, Return-to-Work, Position Change, and Termination Medical Examinations), inspection support, onboarding, DDS, and technical document updates—contributing to accident prevention and compliance with legal regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support third-party management by mobilizing, verifying, updating, and submitting documents via digital platforms and email, and updating the Integration Management spreadsheet;
* Control uniforms and PPEs through Placomp and SOC platforms, including distribution, replacement, registration, and deactivation;
* Support implementation of Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS);
* Assist in onboarding new employees by introducing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules and procedures;
* Monitor validity of mandatory training (NRs);
* Manage ASOs (admission, periodic, return-to-work, position change, and termination);
* Assist in updating technical documents (PGR, PCMSO, APR, DDS, among others);
* Support safety inspections;
* Support incident and accident investigations;
* Organize physical and digital departmental files.
**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Occupational Safety;
* Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Proficiency in computer applications and digital platforms (experience with SOC is desirable);
* Organized, responsible, and possessing strong communication skills.
**Additional Information**
* Internship schedule: **7:30 AM to 2:30 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break
* Monday to Friday
* Internship allowance: BRL 1,000.00
