Internal legal consultancy and case monitoring **Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education Completed technical nursing or nursing assistant training Active COREN registration Research and gather supporting evidence and documents related to received matters, coordinating with internal departments involved in any aspect of the case or its evidentiary elements;Analyze matters with a focus on conciliatory solutions and the defense of supplementary health, aiming to identify potential procedural gaps and propose internal and client-facing solutions to foster client retention and minimize financial losses or reputational damage to the Group;Appear before courts representing the Group, considering the complexity level and integrity of cases according to the position’s defined levels (JR/PL/SR);Draft written legal theses and prepare necessary documents to formulate the Institution’s defense strategies, and, in more critical cases, appear before courts alongside the third-party law firm’s attorney to seek injunction revocations and deliver oral arguments;Provide formal guidance (via defense memoranda, e-mails, system entries, etc.) to external legal service providers regarding findings related to cases under analysis, as well as applicable legal aspects concerning the healthcare sector;Monitor the progress of administrative or judicial proceedings to safeguard the hospital’s interests;Draft legal documents, draft submissions, and legal opinions on administrative, civil, corporate, or other matters, applying appropriate legislation, format, and terminology relevant to each subject;Provide legal consultancy to other requesting departments to support their activities, recommending best practices and identifying legal risks;Conduct specialized studies on legal and other topics of interest to the Institution, analyze regulations issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), and advise on their application within the Institution;Prepare materials and compile managerial-relevant information, such as reports, spreadsheets, and data on workflows and processes;Study legal and other subjects to properly align factual circumstances with applicable legislation;For the position of Lawyer, it is essential that the candidate holds a valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and has fully settled all financial obligations with said body;Perform other duties related to the position and/or assigned by superiors. 2512010202191839265
