Job Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to lead, engage, and develop teams; manage daily operations; and ensure excellence in customer service within a major food service chain. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating restaurant operations during your shift; * Leading, engaging, and developing the store team; * Actively supporting operational activities, rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; * Managing financial controls: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensuring daily operations: store opening and closing, sales monitoring, goal management, and team meetings; * Setting an example through attitude, outstanding customer service, and commitment to results. What we require: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts; * Retail experience is considered a plus.
