**Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: R$ 4,000.00 **Benefits**: Chartered transportation or transportation allowance; Food basket (employees must bring their own meals); Hazard pay R$ 303.00; Attendance bonus R$ 100.00 **Location Requirement**: Residency in Itu and Salto **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM, or Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) **Requirements**: Technical or undergraduate degree in Quality, Production, or related fields; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Proficiency in measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.; Knowledge of quality tools including Pareto charts, Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams, and PDCA. **Preferred Qualifications**: Basic knowledge of machining and finishing processes **Responsibilities**: * Monitor the performance of deburring operators during channel cutting, deburring, blasting, and finishing of parts * Coordinate Final Inspection, Painting, and Internal Transportation of Parts * Request machine maintenance * Perform part identification and define standard parts for deburring * Prepare shipping manifests (Romaneio) * Provide guidance on methods to deburr parts more efficiently * Identify defective parts and forward them to the PCP (Production Control and Planning) Department * Instruct team members on company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters * Identify root causes of equipment malfunction and promptly arrange necessary repairs * Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a safe and productive work environment * Collect production data for input into the company’s operational system * Input data and record production outputs into the designated software program Job Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$ 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Quality Analyst (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
