Main Responsibilities Supervise cleaning and maintenance teams Monitor operational routines and cleaning schedules Control usage of materials and equipment Conduct training sessions for staff Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Serve clients and monitor contract performance results Requirements Proven experience in supervision within cleaning or facilities management Experience managing teams Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment Completed high school education (technical or higher education preferred) Advantages Experience in outsourced service companies Knowledge of input control and operational reporting Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$3,500\.00 \- R$4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
