You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment and facilities at our Foundry unit. You will play a critical role in the success of our business. What you will do Manage and plan industrial maintenance activities, ensuring business longevity and line performance results; Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime; Manage coordination and supervision teams; Manage performance KPIs; Interface with other departments—including production, engineering, and procurement—to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently and effectively; Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards at the Foundry unit; Coordinate continuous improvement projects and equipment modernization initiatives; Manage supplier and maintenance service provider contracts. Develop and control the maintenance department budget; Work collaboratively with the Industrial area to align maintenance activities with operational goals. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in foundry or heavy metallurgy. Experience in steelmaking, casting, and induction furnaces; Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies (TPM, RCM, Lean Maintenance). Leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams. Analytical capability and results orientation. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
