Then join us and grow together! **Join DB!** **Your key responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment used by the company; * Monitor technological advancements in equipment and propose improvements and upgrades; * Prepare technical and performance reports for equipment; * Coordinate the installation and configuration of new equipment; * Address and resolve users' issues and questions related to equipment; * Supervise and guide technical teams in carrying out activities. **What you need to have:** * Completed Technical or Higher Education in Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields; * Knowledge of maintenance, installation, and configuration of electronic and electromechanical equipment; * Problem analysis skills, logical reasoning, and proactive issue resolution; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proven experience in equipment and technical team management; * Familiarity with IT and programming, technical certifications relevant to the field, and experience in the company’s industry sector are considered advantageous.
